The program strengthens neighborhoods and generates revenue to fund One South Euclid’s programs and grants.

Available Lots
The City of South Euclid Land Bank makes properties available through a partnership with One South Euclid. With City Council’s support, OSE has the option to purchase and market parcels, connecting them with buyers who will help strengthen our neighborhoods.
Developers
If you're a developer, rehabber, or builder interested in acquiring and redeveloping properties within the City of South Euclid, please complete our New Developer Application.
This application helps us assess your experience, qualifications, and capacity to undertake significant rehab or construction projects in our community. We encourage applicants to include supporting documentation such as before-and-after photos, architectural drawings, contractor licenses, and references.
Please note that submitting this application does not guarantee property acquisition. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed, and you will be scheduled for an interview with the One South Euclid Revitalization Committee. The majority of the parcels are zoned as single family residential, which allows for single and two-family housing. A zoning map with a link to applicable code is available here.
All properties purchased through this program are entitled to receive a 5-year, 75% property tax abatement upon project completion. In addition, the City of South Euclid approved a new set of single-family zoning codes to create an overlay district making it easier for developers to build new homes for the emerging consumer. Complete an application to express your interest in a property. All applications are considered by OSE’s Revitalization Committee on a rolling basis at its monthly meeting.
Grow & Thrive
Through this program, homeowners who share a boundary with an available orphan vacant lot can apply to purchase the parcel and make it their own. Imagine adding a garden, patio, pool, or simply extra green space — all while strengthening your neighborhood.
When an orphan lot becomes available, both adjoining neighbors are notified and invited to apply. Eligible homeowners can demonstrate their interest by submitting a Property Purchase Application through our website.
To qualify, you must:

Own and occupy the property next to the available orphan lot,

Be current on property taxes,

Be in compliance with City property maintenance ordinances.
Successful applicants must consolidate the new lot with their existing property at their own expense.
ReBuild & Thrive
In this program existing homes are sold to qualified owner-occupants or trusted developers committed to full renovation.
