Information demonstrating financial need. (There is no strict income limit; however, applicants must demonstrate financial need and explain why grant assistance is necessary to complete the project.)

-
Because this is a matching grant program and funding is limited, selected applicants must demonstrate that their portion of the project cost is available prior to final award approval. This ensures projects can move forward in a timely manner and allows us to serve as many homeowners as possible.
The Grants Committee evaluates applications based on financial need, funding availability, project scope, and extenuating circumstances.
