To apply, click the button below. The application deadline is February 28 at 12:00 AM, 2023 (EST). Applicants will be asked to describe the proposed repair, an expected timeline for completion, and demonstrate financial need. Please note that although there is not an income limit to determine eligibility, you will have the opportunity to provide information on why assistance is needed to complete the proposed project.
Applicants may be contacted in March to submit estimates from contractors and proof of income. Final decisions are expected to be made in May and projects must be completed by December 31, 2023. As in previous years, we anticipate that there may be more applicants than available funds.
Applications for 2023 are closed.
Note: An application can be mailed to you, if necessary. Please call
216-396-9392 and leave a message with your name, address, phone number and what type of project you're applying for.
