Community Gardens

Join a community garden! When you grow what you eat and eat what you grow, you can enjoy the benefits of not only healthy, affordable food, but also friendships and exercise. South Euclid has more than 120 plots and roughly 3,500 square feet of growing space throughout the city, so get out those green thumbs and sign up.

The community garden program was created as part of our community's award-winning Green Neighborhoods Initiative that was initially funded by HUD’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) in 2009.

Sign up for a plot at any time throughout the year. If, however, the number of requests exceeds the number of plots at a particular garden, a lottery will be held in early March. Residents of surrounding communities are eligible to request a plot, but preference will be given to South Euclid residents if a lottery is held. Happy gardening!
